UNIST BTL 성과평가에 앞서 실무자끼리 미리 현안에 대해 논의할 수 있는 BTL 실무협의체가 31일 개의되었습니다. 상세 안건 및 설명은 첨부파일 확인해주시면 되겠습니다.
관련하여,
1) 24년도부로 성가평가위원의 변경을 의결하여, 대학원생 대표가 4단계 기숙사 BTL 성과평가위원으로 위촉 예정임을 선임자인 운영사(미래세움)이 공표하였습니다.
2) 장기간 공실인 4차기숙사 식당, 그리고 구성원들이 대체재를 원하는 206동 식당과 팬도로시 등 여러 입점업체에 대해 운영사, 총무팀 등 유관부서와의 TF 설립을 의결하였습니다. 해당 TF는 비단 시설물의 만족도에 그치지 않고, 기타 안건으로 제안한 원내의 종합적인 프로세스(쓰레기 처리, 공용공간 민원)를 담당할 수 있게끔 확장하려 하고, 과정에서 많은 이해당사자를 대변할 수 있게 하겠습니다. TF가 다소 지연 운영될 수 있다는 점을 우려하여 조속히 구성 요청 및 가시적인 성과를 낼 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.
3) 금일 실무협의체 회의근거를 토대로 정수기 유지 및 운영 예산 편성을 다음주 예산 논의 보직자회의(팀장급)에 보고할 예정입니다. 원내에 다양한 사업이 존재하는 만큼 정수기를 포함하여 주요 사업이 소외되지 않도록 보직자회의에 별도 참석을 타진해보도록 하겠습니다.
이외에도 본부 내에서 처리해야 할 여러 사안에 대해 논의되었으며, 조금 더 나은 캠퍼스를 위해 이후로도 여러 제안을 남길 예정입니다.
그럼에도, 학생대표와 중앙집행기구의 일원이라 함이, 당연히 여러분들이 공유해주시지 않은 사항까지도 면밀하게 확인하여 업무를 진행할 수 있는 환경도, 여건도 아니라는 점을 공유드립니다. 더 나은 학교를 위해 여러분들의 제안과 관심이 절실하다는 점을 구태여 공유드립니다.

Before the performance evaluation of UNIST BTL, a BTL Practical Consultation Body was established on the 31st, where practitioners could discuss the current issues in advance. For detailed agenda - file is attached in Korean.
In relation to this:
1) It was mentioned by the appointing authority that a resolution has been made to change the evaluation committee members starting from the year 2024. The representative of the graduate school students is expected to be appointed as a level 4 dormitory BTL evaluation committee member.
2) Regarding the long-vacant 4th dormitory cafeteria and various in-house establishments such as the 206th dormitory cafeteria, which members wish to have alternatives for, a resolution has been made to establish a task force (TF) with the operating company and relevant departments, including the General Affairs Team. This TF aims to not only improve facility satisfaction but also expand to handle comprehensive in-house processes suggested in other agendas (waste management, public space complaints), and ensure representation of many stakeholders involved. We will make efforts to request the prompt establishment and visible results of the TF, although there may be some operational delays.
3) Based on today's practical consultation body meeting, a budget for maintaining and operating water purifiers will be presented at the next week's budget discussion duty officer meeting (team leader level). Since there are various projects within the university, we will make efforts to try attending the budget discussion duty officer meetings separately to ensure that major projects, including water purifiers, are not neglected.
In addition, various issues to be addressed within the headquarters were discussed, and we plan to continue making proposals for a better campus.
Nonetheless, we would like to share that as student representatives and members of the central executive body, we are expected to work in an environment and under conditions where you are expected to carefully verify not only the matters you share, but also what you have not shared. We emphasize the urgency of your suggestions and attention for a better school.
