일부 재정건물을 제외한 절대다수의 UNIST 내 시설물은 BTL 협약을 통해 지어졌고, 여전히 대여가 진행중인, S&I(운영사) 위탁 운영 시설물입니다. UNIST 학부 총학생회의 대표자는 308, 309동을 제외한 나머지 시설물에 사업시행자(미래세움), 혹은 주무관청(과기정통부)에서 선임한 시설이용자로서 평가에 참여합니다. 평가가 실질적으로 가지는 맥락과 파급효과, 협약이 규정한 제한적인 상황에서 그럼에도 최대한 구성원의 요구를 관철시키기 위해 다양한 시도를 해오고 있으며, 3분기 평가를 앞두고는 구체적인 시설이용 사례를 평가에 반영하고자 개선된 의견수렴 설문지를 학우분들에게 배포하고자 합니다.

The vast majority of facilities within UNIST, except for some financial buildings, were built through the BTL Convention, It's a S&I (operator) consignment operation facility that's still on loan. The representative of UNIST undergraduate student council is at the remaining facilities except for 308 and 309 buildings participating in the evaluation as a facility user appointed by the project operator (future establishment) or the competent authority (Ministry of Science and ICT). In the context, ripple effects, and limited circumstances stipulated by the agreement, various attempts have been made to fulfill the demands of members as much as possible. Ahead of the third-quarter evaluation, we would like to distribute an improved opinion gathering questionnaire to students to reflect specific cases of facility use in the evaluation.
