민원을 통해 수합된 원내 시설의 문제점은 곧 열릴 BS, BTL 성과평가 외에도 생활협의회, BTL 실무협의체에서 시설에 대한 논의를 진행할 예정이며 주기적으로 담당자에게 전달하여 원내 시설 문제점 해결에 도움을 드릴 예정입니다.

Hello, this is the Facilities bureau of the Interim Central Executive Committee of the UNIST Undergraduate Student Council.
A civil complaint has been opened for users of the UNIST facility.
The problems of the UNIST facilities collected through the civil complaint will be discussed at BS, the living council, the BTL working-level council, and the BTL performance evaluation, and we will deliver them to the person in charge periodically to help solve the problems of the UNIST facilities.
