2023년이 마무리됩니다. 한 해 동안 학우분들의 생활 만족도는 어땠을까요?
소소한 재미 속에서 1년이 지나갔기를, 무탈한 1년을 보내셨기를 고대합니다만, 모든 일이 뜻대로 풀리지는 않았으리라 생각합니다. 때로는 너무 구조적인 한계 앞에서 체념하거나 포기한 사항이 있을까, 때로는 그저 집에 가고픈 향수에 시달리지 않았을까, 우리의 불만을 저 사람들이 알고는 있을까 타자화하였을까 우려스러운 것이 사실입니다. 가끔은 불합리하다 생각되는 사안이 그냥 묻히기도 하고, 가끔은 왜 이렇게밖에 처리되지 못할까 원망스러울 때도 있었을 것이라 감히 예측해봅니다.
더 나은 2024년을 맞을 수 있게, 길게 활동을 이어갈 수 없는 시한부 학생대표자의 입장에서 내년도 청사진과 중장기 청사진을 만들어 모든 구성원들이 볼 수 있게 공유하고자 합니다. 그 과정에서 여러분들의 우려와 이해관계를 충분히 반영하기 위해, 2023년도 연말정산 차원에서 학부생 대상 타운홀 미팅을 개최합니다. 무언가 큰 결심 없이 편안하게 방문하여 식사해 주시면 되시고, 혹여 여러분께서 희망하시는 제안사안이 있을 경우를 대비해 학생대표가 여러가지 문제점 및 시나리오를 사전에 마련하여 기다리고 있겠습니다. 또한 여러분들의 제안사안이 비단 학생대표 뿐만 아니라 실제로 본부 보직자들에게 직접 소통될 수 있게, 여러 본부 보직자분들께 별도 요청을 드려 행사에 직접 참여 및 여러분들의 의견을 들을 수 있는 자리를 마련해 보겠습니다.

- 식사: 프리미엄 도시락(3만원 상당) 선착순 70식 제공

- 지난 두 차례 학부간담회 결과, 진행중인 문제현안 및 제안 슬라이드를 준비해 양방향 소통 진행
- 본부 보직자 초청을 통해 학부생의 목소리를 본부로 직접 전달 병행

We are pleased to announce the arrangement of a comfortable dining event for the purpose of year-end settlement.
As 2023 comes to a close, we reflect on the satisfaction of our students over the past year. We hope that amidst the small joys, the year has been passing smoothly. However, we acknowledge that not everything may have unfolded as planned. There might have been moments of resignation or giving up in the face of structural limitations, or perhaps moments of yearning for the scent of home. It is a concern whether those in charge are aware of our grievances. Sometimes, issues that seem unreasonable may have been buried, and there may have been times of resentment over why things could not be handled differently. These uncertainties are indeed worrisome.
In preparation for a better 2024, as a student representative with a limited term, I would like to create a blueprint for the coming year and the medium to long-term future. To ensure that your concerns and relationships are adequately reflected, we will be organizing a town hall meeting for undergraduate students as part of the year-end settlement for 2023. I anticipate that there may have been situations that felt irrational or occasions when you wondered if our concerns were acknowledged. Some matters may have been buried without significant resolution, and at times, there might have been frustration over the handling of certain issues. I dare to predict these possibilities.
To facilitate the ushering in of a better 2024, the student representative is creating various scenarios and problems in advance for the town hall meeting. This meeting aims to provide a space for you to comfortably visit, have a meal, and, if you have any proposed suggestions, the student representative will be ready to listen. Furthermore, to ensure that your suggestions can be directly communicated not only to the student representative but also to the actual headquarters officials, we have made a separate request to various headquarters officials to participate in the event and provide a platform to hear your opinions.
