안녕하세요, 중앙비상대책위원장입니다.
작년 연말부터 구성원들을 불안하게 하였던 울산시의 버스노선 개편 건은 여전히 답보 속에 있습니다. 편의성 및 효율성을 골자로 지역 외곽에 거주하는 시민들의 거센 반발을 사기도 했을 뿐 아니라, 명촌차고지의 충전인프라 건설 등도 시간이 소요될 것으로 보여 아직까지 뚜렷한 개편안 공개 및 추가 간담회 등을 시행하지 않고 있습니다. 하지만 정보의 비대칭성 및 관 주도의 개편은 여전히 부정적인 시나리오로 이어질 수 있다 판단되기에, 현안을 공유하고 있는 본부 총무팀 등과는 영향력을 행사할 수 있는 다양한 이해관계자와의 만남을 지속적으로 추진 중에 있습니다.
관련해 최근 옥외주차장 건설과 함께, 버스정류장 인프라가 일부 개선된 것을 확인하셨을 것으로 보입니다. 이 뿐 아니라 학우분들께서 버스 이용 총조사를 통해 요청해주셨던 언양 / 시내 방향의 정류장 이원화 작업이 다음주 중으로 마무리되어, 조금 더 직관적인 버스 이용을 할 수 있으리라 예상하고 있습니다. 마지막으로 17일(금) 버스 승무원 휴게실이 최종 개장함에 따라, 운수조합 관계자를 약소한 현판식을 진행할 예정입니다.
현판식에는 본부 보직자 (행정처장 및 총무팀장, 학생팀장)을 포함해 학생대표 차원에서 중앙비상대책위원장이 참여할 예정입니다. 준공영제가 도입되지 못한 울산의 상황에서 운수조합과의 동행은 버스탑승 인프라 뿐만 아니라 노선 설계에 있어서도 큰 도움이 될 것으로 판단, 학우분들의 불편함 및 노선체계 개선에 있어 동행 필요성을 피력할 예정입니다.
중앙집행기구에서는 이후로도 쾌적한 탑승 환경과 함께 기관이 충분한 접근성을 가질 수 있도록 지속적으로 교류해 나갈 예정입니다. 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.

The Ulsan bus route restructuring issue, which has caused anxiety among residents since the end of last year, remains unresolved. While the restructuring aims to improve convenience and efficiency, it has faced strong opposition from citizens living in the outskirts. Additionally, the construction of the charging infrastructure at the Myeongchon bus depot is expected to take time, and thus no clear restructuring plan or additional consultations have been conducted yet. Nevertheless, due to concerns that information asymmetry and government-led restructuring could lead to negative outcomes, we are continuously arranging meetings with various stakeholders, including the General Affairs Team at the headquarters, who share these concerns.
Recently, you may have noticed some improvements in the bus stop infrastructure, along with the construction of an outdoor parking lot. Furthermore, the separation of bus stops for the Eonyang/downtown direction, which was requested through the comprehensive bus usage survey, is expected to be completed by next week, making bus usage more intuitive. Lastly, with the final opening of the bus driver's lounge on Friday, the 17th, a small plaque unveiling ceremony will be held with officials from the Transport Union.
The ceremony will be attended by the head of the administration, the general affairs team leader, the student team leader, and theUNISTUSC chairman as the student representative. Considering that the introduction of the semi-public system in Ulsan has not been successful, our collaboration with the Transport Union is expected to be very beneficial not only for bus boarding infrastructure but also for route planning. We plan to emphasize the necessity of this partnership to improve the convenience and route system for our fellow students.
The Central Executive Committee will continue to strive for a comfortable boarding environment and maintain sufficient accessibility to the organization through ongoing exchanges. We ask for your continued interest and support.
