신청 결과는 1월 2일 화요일에 일괄 공지할 예정이며, 회의 일시는 신청 양식을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
2023년 겨울학기 정기 대관 신청을 희망하시는 단체는 활동 인원 명단과 아래 구글 시트의 문항들을 신중하게 읽고 작성하여 제출해주십시오. (구글 시트에 활동 인원 명단 업로드 문항이 있습니다.)

📌 정기대관 가능시간: 외부대관 시간 제외 평일 오후 4시 ~ 익일 오전 2시, 주말 오후 12시 ~ 익일 오전 2시, 시설 대표자 간 회의로 분배
📌 정기 대관 이용 기간: 2024년 1월 8일 월요일 ~ 3월 10일 일요일

We are now accepting regular rental applications from December 30th, 2023 (Sat) to January 2nd, 2024 (Tue) at 13:00. The application results will be announced on Tuesday, January 2nd. And the regular rental meeting schedule is included in the application form.
If your group wishes to apply for regular rental in Winter Semester, please carefully read and complete the questions on the Google Sheets below, including the list of active members. (There is a question to upload the list of active members on the Google Sheets.)

📌 Regular rental period: Monday, January 8th ~ Sunday, March 10th
