안녕하세요, 학부 총학생회 비상대책위원회입니다.
2022년 11월 10일 목요일 가을학기 대관 일정 재조정 회의 이후로 정기 대관 업무가 동아리연합회에서 총학생회로 이관되었습니다. 이에 따라 변경된 비정기 대관 운영 방식에 대해 공지해드리겠습니다.
ℹ️가을학기 이후 비정기 대관 폐지
국가 방역 수칙이 완화됨에 따라 매 번 체육 시설을 이용한 단체 활동을 강력히 추적해야 할 소요가 사라졌습니다. 또한, 최대 시간 제한 제도가 폐지됨에 따라 이번 겨울학기부터 비정기 대관 제도를 폐지하기로 결정하였습니다.
ℹ️가을학기 동안의 비정기 대관 이용
남은 가을학기 동안은 총학생회 비상대책위원회에서 비정기 대관을 담당합니다. 매 주 일요일 오후, 2주 단위로 비정기 대관 이용 가능 시간대를 스프레드 시트로 공개할 예정입니다. 비정기 대관은 개인 혹은 단체가 일주일에 1회 2시간씩, 총 4시간 예약 가능합니다. 비정기 대관을 신청하고자 하는 개인 혹은 단체는 꼭 이용 시간 2일 전에(11월 3주차 제외), 아래 오픈 카카오톡 링크로 문의 부탁드립니다. 단, 외부 대관 일정이 갑작스럽게 생긴다면 신청하신 비정기 대관 일정은 취소될 수 있으며, 개별 공지가 발송될 예정입니다.

[Notice for the non-regular rental and changed operation method]
Hello, this is UNIST student council.
Since the rescheduling meeting for the fall semester on November 10, 2022, regular rental work has been transferred from UNIST Club union to USC. Accordingly, we announce the changed non-regular rental operation.
ℹ Abolition of non-regular rental after the fall semester
As the national quarantine rules were eased, the need to strongly track group activities using sports facilities disappeared. Also, as the maximum time limit system was abolished, we decided to abolish the non-regular rental system from this winter semester.
ℹ Non-regular rental during the fall semester
For the rest of the fall semester, USC will manage the non-regular rental. Every Sunday evening, we plan to update a spreadsheet with a non-regular rental available time for two weeks. Non-regular rental facilities can be booked once a week for 2 hours, a total of 4 hours. Individuals or groups that wish to apply for the non-regular rental must contact us two days before (except November 2nd week) the wished time through the open Kakao Talk link or phone number below. However, if the external rental schedule occurs suddenly, the non-regular rental schedule you applied for may be canceled, and individual notices will be sent.
