안녕하십니까, UNIST 학부 총학생회, UNIST 총동아리연합회, UNIST 대학원 총학생회입니다.
지난 6월 4일 학부 총학생회 전체학생대표자회의를 통해 '동아리연합회'와 UNIST 학부 총학생회 비상대책위원회 산하 '임시중앙집행위원회'를 포함한 원내 학생 자치기구의 예결산안이 공개 및 심의되었습니 그 중, 임시중앙집행위원회의 3분기(6-9월) 예산안 내, 3분기(9월 예상) 축제 지원을 위한 축제준비위원회 발족 대비 예산이 책정되어 있음을 확인할 수 있을 것입니다. 또한 동아리연합회의 3분기 예산안에서도 축제 관련 예산을 확인하실 수 있습니다. 다만, 현재 2024 가을학기 축제 진행의 추진 방향에 대해서는 결정된 바 없이 가능한 모든 가능성을 열어두고 있는 실정입니다. UNIST 학우 여러분들의 적극적인 의견과 확실한 행사 참여 의사가 함께 한다면 축제 추진 방향 구체화가 가능합니다. 학생 외 구성원을 대상으로 요구할 요소에 대한 타당성 마련 및 충분한 수요가 파악될 경우, 원내 문화생활에 있어 학부생을 대표하는 UNIST 학부 총학생회와 동아리연합회 차원에서는 보다 적극적이고 도전적인 축준위 구성 및 축제 기획을 추진할 예정입니다. 축제 진행에 여러분의 목소리를 반영하기 위해서는 많은 참여가 필요합니다.

On June 4th, during the General Student Representatives Meeting, the budget proposals for the student self-governing bodies within the university, including the ‘Club Union’ and the ‘Temporary Central Executive Committee’ under the emergency measures of the UNIST Undergraduate Student Council, were disclosed and reviewed. Among these, you will find that a budget has been allocated for the establishment of a Festival Preparation Committee in anticipation of the festival support for the third quarter (September expected) within the Temporary Central Executive Committee’s budget proposal for the third quarter (June-September). Additionally, the Club Association’s budget proposal for the third quarter also includes festival-related expenses. However, as of now, no definite decision has been made regarding the direction of the Fall 2024 semester festival, and all possibilities are being kept open. If the active opinions of UNIST students and their definite intention to participate in the event come together, it will be possible to concretize the direction of the festival. If the feasibility of the elements to be requested from members outside the student body is established and sufficient demand is identified, the UNIST Undergraduate Student Council and the Club Union, representing students, will plan to take a more proactive and challenging approach in forming the Festival Preparation Committee and planning the festival.
