다가오는 30일 2024년 UNIST BTL 3분기 성과평가가 진행될 예정입니다. 시설이용자의 자격 아래 학생 대표로서 학부 총학생회 중앙비상대책위원장, 대학원 총학생회장 2인이 참석 예정입니다. 해당 성과평가는 과기정통부, UNIST 시설팀 및 여러 공공기관 시설전문가들이 배석되어, 시설의 운영 및 유지관리, 서비스 만족도 등에 대한 종합적인 평가를 진행할 수 있는 자리입니다.
BTL협약에 따라 매 분기별 성과평가 직후 분기의 정부 지급금을 평가 결과를 반영하여 지급하는 조치내용을 따릅니다.
(임대형 민자사업: UNIST의 일부 재정건물을 제외한 절대다수의 UNIST 내 시설물은 BTL 협약을 통해 지어졌고, 여전히 대여가 진행중인, S&I(운영사) 위탁 운영 시설물입니다. = UNIST의 건물은 이전부터 지금까지 UNIST의 소유가 아닙니다.)

The 3rd evaluation for UNIST BTL buildings is scheduled to take place on the upcoming 30th Oct. As a student representative under the qualification of facility users, the chairman of the UNISTUSC and president of UNISTGSC is scheduled to attend. This evaluation will provide an opportunity for comprehensive assessment of facility operation, maintenance, and service satisfaction, with the attendance of representatives from the Ministry of Science and ICT, UNIST Facility Team, and various public institution facility experts.
According to BTL convention, financial supports for the next quarter from government is made to reflect the results of the evaluation.
(Lease-based private business: Most UNIST facilities, excluding some financial buildings, are built through BTL agreements and are still being rented out, operating under the commission of S&I (operating center). = UNIST buildings are not owned by UNIST from past, to present or future.)
