UNIST의 원규 내 '지침'은 그간 교원, 직원들의 인사 및 급여 규정과 관련된 민감한 내용을 다룬다는 이유로 오랜 기간 학부생, 대학원생들에게 비공개 기조를 유지하였습니다. 하지만 지금의 학생들이 실질적인 연구 행정에 시간을 쏟고 있다는 점, 근본적인 알 권리 증진을 위해 공공기관의 지침이 확대 공개되어야 한다는 점을 들어 UNIST 학부 총학생회 집행기구에서는 지난 몇 년간 지속적으로 원규 내 지침 접근성 개선을 요구해왔습니다.
이에 경영전략팀 등 유관 부서에서 개선안을 마련하였고, 포털 내부를 통한 접근성을 개선하였습니다. 현 시점부로 학우분들께서는 본부 또는 단과 내 부서 직원들이나 교원들을 거치지 않고도 전반적인 지침을 확인할 수 있음을 안내드립니다.

UNIST's internal regulations on 'Instructions have been kept confidential from undergraduate and graduate students for a long time due to sensitive matters related to faculty and staff personnel and salary regulations. However, the UNISTUSC has been continuously demanding improvement in accessibility to the guidelines within the regulations for the past few years, citing the fact that current students are actively involved in substantive research administration and that the guidelines of public institutions should be expanded for the enhancement of fundamental rights to information.
In response, relevant departments such as the Management Strategy Team have prepared improvement plans. As of now, we would like to inform students that they can check the overall instructions without going through the headquarters or departmental channels or without involving faculty members.

① Log in to UNIST Portal
② Access 'Campus Services' -> 'Regulation Management System' at the bottom of the portal
③ Guidelines can be viewed within the Regulation Management System.
