지난 4월말, 'Smart-Check' 어플 내 출석 기록 오류로 혼란을 겪으셨을 것이라 사료됩니다. 이에 대한 본격적인 논의 이전, 본회 학사국은 본부 유관부서인 학사팀과 논의 및 협조를 통해, 보다 근본적인 문제를 해결해야 한다는 시각을 공유하였습니다. 이러한 분위기 속, UNIST ERP 프로세스 개선안 중 미해결과제로 남은 출결 전산화(공결, 병결 인정) 등을 해결하려 합니다. 현 시스템의 전반적인 면을 들춰보며 학우 여러분들의 의견을 듣고 이를 개선하기 위해 오늘부터 일주일 간 전자출결 만족도 설문을 실시하고자 합니다.
언급한 사례 외에도 전자출결 시스템과 관련하여 불편을 겪으셨다면, 경험과 의견 공유 부탁드리겠습니다. 주무부서와의 공감대 아래, 학우분들의 의견은 시스템에 대한 건의의 형태로 활용될 것입니다.

Dear all,
This is Bureau of Academic Affairs at UNIST USC.
We believe you may be confused due to an attendance record error in 'Smart-Check' app happened at the end of April. Before the discussion set in, we shared perspective in the fundamental problem with the Academic Affairs Team in UNIST. Besides, we would deal with deriving computerization of attendance system (especially for excused absence) which is one of the unsolved tasks in UNIST ERP advancement process. In order to consider whole aspects of the current system, listen to students' feedback, and improve them, we would like to conduct a survey for a week from today, 17 May(Fri).
If you experience discomfort in using 'Smart-Check app' except for mentioned case, please share your experiences and opinions. Under the sympathetic mood with relevant team in charge, your comments would be applied in the form of a proposal to revise the system.
