규칙 확정 회의에서 결정된 사안은 다음과 같습니다.
선거관리위원회에서 지원 가능한 벽보 포스터의 최대 개수는 20개로 하며, 부착 위치는 공식 게시판으로 한정한다. 또한 선거관리위원회에서 지원 가능한 현수막의 최대 개수는 2장으로 한정한다.
정보통신망 내 선거운동(공유)은 선거운동본부만 가능하도록 한다. 단, 일반 학우들의 좋아요 및 댓글은 제한하지 않는다.
선거운동본부와 선거관리위원회가 이용할 수 있는 공식 창구는 인스타그램, 유자, 게시판으로 한정한다.
투표율 부족은 투표 연장의 명분으로 간주하지 않는다.
선거운동 홍보물의 크기는 A2, A3 또는 그 이하 규격을 모두 허용한다.
투표 독려는 선거운동으로 간주하지 않는다. 단, 특정 선거운동본부를 언급할 경우 선거운동으로 간주한다.
선거운동본부원 명단과 관련하여, 후보 등록 마감 이후 새롭게 참여한 자치회의 경우 사퇴서를 제출하는 대신 명단을 지연 제출하는 방안을 허용한다.
선거시행세칙 제48조 제3항의 유인물 배포 횟수 기준은 1일로 한다.
Hello, this is the Central Election Management Committee of the UNIST Undergraduate Student Council.
The matters decided at the Rules Confirmation Meeting are as follows.
The maximum number of poster notices that can be supported by the Election Management Committee is limited to 20, and their placement is restricted to official bulletin boards. In addition, the number of banners supported by the Election Management Committee is limited to two.
Election campaigning (including sharing) on information and communication networks is permitted only for the election campaign headquarters. However, likes and comments by general students are not restricted.
The official channels available to both the election campaign headquarters and the Election Management Committee are limited to Instagram, YUJA, and bulletin boards.
A low voter turnout shall not be regarded as grounds for extending the voting period.
The size of campaign promotional materials may be A2, A3, or any smaller size.
Encouraging voter participation shall not be considered election campaigning. However, if a specific campaign headquarters is mentioned, it shall be regarded as election campaigning.
With regard to the list of campaign headquarters members, if a student organization joins after the candidate registration deadline, submitting the list at a later time will be permitted instead of submitting a resignation letter.
According to Article 48, Clause 3 of the Election Enforcement Regulations, the standard for the distribution frequency of printed campaign materials shall be based on one day.
