Hello, this is the Welfare and Human Rights Bureau of the Interim Central Executive Committee of the UNIST Student Council(USC).
We will be accepting applications for the regular reservation of sports facilities for the 2026 Winter–Spring semester and the 2026 Spring semester from Friday, January 30, 2026 to Friday, February 6, 2026.
The results of the applications will be announced collectively on Monday, February 9, 2026.
Organizations wishing to apply for regular reservations for the 2026 Winter–Spring semester and the 2026 Spring semester should carefully read and fill out the questions below before submitting the application.
Through the Winter–Spring semester regular reservation meeting,
we aim to identify preferred reservation time slots and facility usage status in advance prior to the Spring semester regular reservation meeting, and based on this information, to facilitate a smoother and more efficient coordination of the Spring semester regular reservation schedule.
📍Regular Reservation Application: Regular Rental Application
📌 Application Period: Friday, January 30, 2026 ~ Friday, February 6, 2026
📌 Regular Reservation Meeting Schedule:
- Winter–Spring Semester Regular Reservation: Friday, February 13, 2026
- Spring Semester Regular Reservation: Friday, March 13, 2026
📌 Reservation Facilities: Main Sports Field, Small Sports Field, Indoor Gym, Multipurpose Room
📌 Available Reservation Times: (excluding external reservations) Weekdays from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM the next day, Weekends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM the next day. Time slots will be allocated through meetings among facility representatives.
📌 Reservation Usage Period:
- Winter–Spring Semester Regular Reservation: Monday, March 2, 2026 ~ Sunday, March 15, 2026
