Hello, this is the Welfare and Human Rights Bureau of the 12th Undergraduate Student Council, Light.
We will accepting applications for the regular reservation of sports facilities for the Winter semester from Monday, December 8, 2025 to Monday, December 22, 2025.
The results of the applications will be announced on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Organizations wishing to apply for regular reservations for the 2025 Winter semester should carefully read and fill out the questions below.
📍Regular Reservation Application : Regular Rental Application
📌 Application Period: Monday, December 8, 2025 ~ Monday, December 22, 2025.
📌 Regular Reservation Meeting Schedule: Wednesday, January 7, 2026
📌 Regular Reservation Locations: Main Sports Field, Small Sports Field, Indoor Gym, Multipurpose Room
📌 Regular Reservation Available Times: Weekdays from 4 PM to 2 AM (excluding external reservation times), Weekends from 12 PM to 2 AM, distributed through meetings with facility representatives
📌 Regular Reservation Usage Period: Thursday, January 8, 2026 ~ Sunday, March 1, 2026
