안녕하세요. 학부 총학생회 중앙집행위원회 복지인권국입니다.
작년 2학기부터 시설팀의 지원과 함께 양심우산 사업을 진행하고 있습니다. 복지인권국은 우산 배치와 주기적인 수량 점검 및 관리를 담당하고 있습니다. 이에, QR을 통한 간단한 설문을 추가하여 이용 현황을 파악하였습니다.
본 사업의 명칭에서 할 수 있듯 “양심”을 기반으로 운영되기에, 반납을 강제할 권한은 중앙집행위원회에게 없습니다.
현재 양심우산의 우산꽂이는 다음 장소에 위치하고 있습니다.
- 300동 기숙사 휴게실 출입문 앞
- 114동(경영관) 출입문
- 공학관 102동, 108동 출입문
- 301동 학생회관 2층 출입문
그러나, 11월 17일 17시 기준, 올해 7월에 추가되었던 100개의 우산 중 실제 남아있는 우산은 총 5개에 불과한 상황입니다. 특히 구영리, 삼산 등 외부 지역으로 반출한 경우에는 두고 올 시 회수가 매우 어려우니 반드시 우산을 원내로 반납해 주시기 바랍니다.
양심우산은 원내 구성원이 필요한 순간에 자유롭게 사용할 수 있도록 마련된 공공 재화입니다. 지속적인 이용을 위해서는 사용 후 빠른 반납이 필수적입니다. 사용 후, 가장 가까운 우산꽂이에 반드시 반납해 주시기 바랍니다. 혹시 사용 중이 아닌 우산을 원내 시설에서 발견하실 경우, 우산꽂이에 비치해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Hello, this is the Welfare and Human Rights Bureau of the Central Executive Committee of the 12th UNIST Undergraduate Student Government Association.
Since the second semester of last year, we have been operating the “UNIbrella” program with support from the Facilities Team. The Welfare and Human Rights Department is responsible for placing the umbrellas, as well as conducting regular quantity checks and overall management. To better understand usage patterns, we have added a short survey accessible via QR code.
As the name of the program implies, it operates on an “honor system,” and therefore, the Central Executive Committee does not have the authority to enforce returns.
The UNIbrella stands are currently located at the following places:
- Student Union Building: Entrance of Building 203
- Engineering Building: Entrance of Building 102(heading to Main Administration Building) and 108(heading to Community Center)
- Business Administration Building: Entrance of Building 114
- Dormitory: In front of the entrance to the Dorm rest area (Building no. 300)
However, as of 17:00 on November 17, only 5 umbrellas remain out of the 100 additional umbrellas that were provided this July. In particular, when umbrellas are taken off campus to areas such as Guryong-ri or Samsan, recovery becomes extremely difficult. We therefore kindly request that all umbrellas be returned to campus.
The UNIbrella program is a public resource created so that all campus members may freely use an umbrella when needed. To ensure its continued availability, prompt return after use is essential. Please make sure to return umbrellas to the nearest stand. If you find an unused umbrella anywhere on campus, we would greatly appreciate it if you could place it in one of the stands.
We ask for the mature participation and cooperation of all campus members.
